Facilities
Classrooms
We have spacious classrooms with windows in each room. A variety of activities is available for children to choose from when they arrive. There is a special area designated for daily circle time activities such as talking about the calendar and weather, singing daily songs, and show-and-tell.
Restrooms
Each classroom has a restroom with the toilet and sink at a level that makes it easy for children to use independently.
Centers Room
One of our classrooms is designated as our Centers Room. It contains toys and activities (such as a Play Doh table, painting on an easel, etc.) that are changed often to reflect our weekly learning themes. Each class spends time in the Centers Room daily.
Playground
Our playground was rebuilt in 2003 and is completely fenced in. Children spend time on the playground at the end of each class when weather permits.
Gym
A carpeted gym at the end of the preschool hallway is available for gross motor playtime when we are unable to use the playground.
Safety
Each room has fire exits that open directly outside. All outer doors in the preschool wing remain locked during the school day.
Trinity Preschool has an Open Door Policy.
