"Loving Well" Women's Retreat

"Loving Well" by Beth Moore features four heart-to-heart messages designed to help women embrace the biblical mandate to love and to develop skills for loving others. Beth discusses how some people are a joy to love, some are difficult to love, and how we all deal with some people who are humanly impossible to love. In all of those relationships one truth endures: We will never be able to love others well until we have been loved well. And only God can ultimately give us the complete love we so desperately need.

We are offering a Zumba class every Tuesday from 5:30 - 6:30pm in the Multipurpose Room. The cost of each class is only $5 (cash only please). Come join us as we dance our way to being fit.

Body Gospel

Our own Christy DeFrance will be facilitating this DVD based class that begins with a prayer, then gets you moving to joyful gospel music. This comprehensive program combines faith, fitness, and nutrition to enhance your faith and transform your health. The cost of each class is only $2 (cash only please).

James: Mercy Triumphs explores how one glimpse of the resurrected Savior turned James, an unbeliever, into a disciple. The 8-session study helps women discover how to better incorporate faith into their daily life by getting to know both the man and the Book of James. With this study, Beth Moore also provides a new tiered approach that provides supplemental activities so that women can decide how deeply they want to engage. Reading theological articles and memorizing the Book of James are examples of suggested ways to pursue the topics more in-depth.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day. Please join Mike and Nancy Boyd on Friday, February 10 at 6:30pm in the Multipurpose Room at Trinity United Methodist for a basic ballroom dance lesson on the "Cha-Cha". All ages welcome, no partners necessary. Please wear leather-soled shoes so they will move more easily on the floor - rubber-soled shoes can't glide on the carpet and may cause you to fall.
